Role Overview :

We are looking for a Sr. QA Engineer with strong automation experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our application. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for problem-solving, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Testing and Validation : Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Bug Reporting : Identify, document, and track bugs or issues to resolution using bug-tracking tools.

- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure smooth product delivery.

- Test Case Development : Create, review, and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.

- Performance Monitoring : Conduct performance, scalability, and regression testing on the application.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and tools to improve processes and product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience : 4-7 years of experience in QA or software testing.

- Extensive experience in leading and managing teams

Technical Skills :

- Familiarity with Automation Testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).

- Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Bonus Points :

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.

- Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android.
