Job Description
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Executive to manage all aspects of procurement for our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of procurement processes, and the ability to manage inventory effectively. This role is critical in ensuring that project site materials are procured efficiently and at the best possible prices and terms.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Negotiation:
Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and payment terms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Material Procurement:
Oversee procurement of materials for project sites.
Ensure timely release of materials to project sites.
Track and manage balance site material entry in stock.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
Financial Follow-Up:
Follow up on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Ensure timely payments and collections.
Purchase Orders (PO):
Release purchase orders to vendors.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
MIS Reporting:
Generate and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Provide regular updates on procurement activities to management.
Project Estimation for Bidding:
Prepare project estimation costs for bidding.
Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bds.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the HVAC, electronics, or AV solutions industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and inventory management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
