Alvarez Marsal s Capital Projects disputes and investigations (DI) team works with clients to advise on Capital projects risk management, disputes advisory, and claims management. Our team provides expertise to manage high value capital projects risks and works in tandem with the law firms to provide expert advisory and expert support in construction claims and dispute matters.

Our team advises clients on internal investigations involving fraud and misreporting and also assists in litigation and arbitration matters involving expert witness engagements in construction contracts, claim for damages and royalties and accounting issues.
