Lead - Quality Assurance

As a Process Lead, the candidate will be defining and implementing the processes that will influence the success of our projects. The candidate's contributions will help improve efficiency by streamlining the processes and reduce redundancy. There are opportunities to expand this role into broader and specialized process improvement areas. This role will be integral in building a culture of process excellence across teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the implementation of QMS/ISMS.
• The role would involve performing RCA's, conducting CSAT's, identifying process improvements and guiding teams to achieving towards achieving process excellence.
• Would work closely with PM's and DDs to ensure smooth implementation of processes. Would also be required to mentor and guide the junior quality team members and perform regular audits and trainings.
• Will be required to support management with appropriate visibility into the projects processes and to give value addition to the projects by sharing best practices, performing data validation and sharing analysis of data.

Requirements

• Candidate should be from a software services organization and should have in-depth understanding of the SDLC and STLC processes. He should be able to guide the teams on selecting the right kind of processes and metrics applicable to the type of project being executed.
• Should have experience in guiding Agile/Scrum projects. Should have knowledge of the Agile scrum lifecycle and associated ceremonies and KPI's.
• Our organization lays a lot of importance on the RCA's for any customer escalations, any KPI misses, or any critical issues being faced by the teams. Candidate should have deep hands-on experience of facilitating RCA's and guiding teams on action planning and tracking.
• ISO 27001 standard knowledge and work experience is a must. Candidate should have undergone any internal/external training course on the standard and should have experience on the implementation of ISMS.
• Auditing is a skill that is a must for the candidate. He/ She should have hands-on experience in conducting and managing audits and raising non conformances.
