Profisee MDM

Job Title: Profisee MDM Consultant / Developer / Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Profisee MDM Consultant/Developer/Architect to design, implement, and maintain Master Data Management solutions using the Profisee platform. The role requires a strong understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, data quality, and integration with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to establish a robust MDM framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement MDM solutions using Profisee MDM.
• Configure data models, matching & survivorship rules, golden record management, and workflows in Profisee.
• Develop data quality rules, standardization, and validation processes.
• Integrate Profisee MDM with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, Cloud Platforms).
• Collaborate with business users and data governance teams to define MDM requirements and policies.
• Develop and manage hierarchies, relationships, and reference data.
• Optimize MDM processes for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM implementation and data integrity.
• Document technical solutions, configurations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with Profisee MDM implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles, data governance, and data quality management.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, or other ETL tools for data integration.
• Experience working with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms for MDM deployment.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns with enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Profisee cloud-based MDM solutions.
• Certification in Profisee MDM or related technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data Services (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages for automation.

Job Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)
