Fresher Hiring _Project sales (IOT Product)_ Altima Global

Role & responsibilities :-

The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving targeted sales programs through

working on Key Accounts both for generation and expanding Business.

• The responsibility would be for the company expansion in the category of Audio/Video,

Commercial Audio/Video, Auditorium and Residential Home Theatre and securiy solution (Fire alarm, BMS,PA system, flap barrior, boom barrior).

.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and

providing tailored AV solutions/Security solution.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of

industry trends.

• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management, analyzing performance metrics to

inform decision-making.

• Stay informed about the latest AV products/Security solution and technologies to effectively communicate

value to clients.

• Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
• Meet the key clients such as Architects, Electrical Consultant, turnkey Contractors,

Institutional and Government clients regarding their project requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have technical degree (B.tech/Diploma-Polytechnic)
• Good communication (Written/verbal)
• Negotiation skills
• Attractive presentation skills
• During the internship salary will be 20k-25k+Travelling expenses
• After Completion of probation period (6 month) salary will be increase 30k+Travelling Expense.
• Candidate location near to office Jasola upto 15km.
