Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written content) across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure success, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and align messaging across channels.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and optimization.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Develop relationships with influencers, bloggers, and relevant third parties to amplify our reach.
• Monitor competitors' social media activities and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to grow social media communities and expand the brands reach.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and design skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
