1) Handling of media, receiving of dehydrated media, GPT of dehydrated media, Preparation of culture media, GPT of prepared media.

2) Sampling and analysis of Raw Water, Soft water, Purified water, Water for Injection and analysis and reporting as per schedule.

3) Environment monitoring in clean rooms.

4) Microbial Limit Test (MLT) analysis of Raw Materials, Intermediates and finish products.

5) Microbial Culture Management.

6) Trend preparation/ review of Water results.

7) Sterility test analysis and reporting of Raw Materials, Intermediates and finish products.

8) Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET) analysis and reporting of WFI, Raw materials and Finish products.
