Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
\u25CF Lead a team of interior designers and project managers to execute end to end projects
\u25CF Develop and drive architectural designs and concepts for new and existing projects.
\u25CF Guide and mentor design and project teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
\u25CF Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, operations team, management, external vendors and stakeholders.
\u25CF Oversee detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
\u25CF Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.
\u25CF Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
\u25CF Conduct quality checks to ensure design integrity and compliance.
\u25CF Incorporate flexible layouts, ergonomic designs, and modern aesthetics.
\u25CF Ensure project completion within budget, negotiate on BoQ and finalise the same within stipulated timeline
Requirements
Requirements
\u25CF 10+ years of experience in architectural design and leadership roles.
\u25CF Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
\u25CF Experience of leading a team of interior designers/project managers and completing projects end to end.
\u25CF Strong portfolio showcasing commercial or co-working space projects
