Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to develop project scopes, design and timelines
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designs
• Collaborate with construction professionals to ensure designs are feasible
• Assist with the design of architectural projects, including creating drawings, sketches, and models
• Conduct research on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
• Provide support for project managers, including tracking project progress, attending meetings, and communicating with clients
• Attend site visits and inspections to ensure project requirements are being met

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in architecture or related field
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering tools, Microsoft office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client meetings and workload demands
