Alteryx - Lead Software Engineer - Java/Python/Node.js (8-11 yrs)

Developing and maintaining projects involves designing, testing, debugging, and implementing operating system components, software tools, and utilities. Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentored, and managed a team of software engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decipher project requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Architect, design, and implement complex software systems using [Specify relevant technologies, e. g., Java, Python, Node.js ].

- Conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold coding standards, best practices, and system performance.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

- 8+ years of proven experience as a Senior Engineer or in a similar technical leadership role.

- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks.

- Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of making strategic technical decisions.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies.

- Previous experience managing and leading high-performing software engineering teams.
