Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM (Winter); 9 AM to 6 PM (Summer)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms.
• Optimize the company's website for user experience and conversion.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing platforms.
• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure consistent growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and HubSpot.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
