Lead Data Analyst

Role Profile:

Responsible to develop insights and recommendations for the current business operations or

issues. Perform advanced business analysis with the help of several techniques, e.g. statistical

analysis, explanatory and , data mining. Required to work closely with the internal or

external client to identify analytical demands.

Key Performance Areas

Understand business requirements and provide solution to these business

problems with help of data analytics and visualization

• Collecting, examining, and breaking down complex data sets to draw conclusions

from them

• Analyze large set of data, discover insights, and identify business opportunities by

the use of algorithmic, statistical, and visualization procedures

• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in

complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction

• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions

using relevant data

• Presenting the analysis to the stakeholders enabling them to take important

decisions based on various facts and trends

• Responsible for ensuring that all Insights & Reporting related SLAs are met

Knowledge (Desired):

• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Python(basics)). •
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

Experience

• 7 or more years experience as data analyst
• Knowledgeable in Oracle, SQL and basic data modelling practices
• Strong analytical and Data storytelling abilities
• Experience with various BI and visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview etc

and data visualization best practices

• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving skills.
