Alpine Convent School is hiring for experienced Headmistress for their Sushant Lok Branch .

Roles & Responsibilities

• Curriculum development: Developing and assessing syllabi and textbooks, and prescribing changes
• Teaching and learning: Planning the year's academic work, supervising classroom teaching, and ensuring coordination between teachers
• Student progress: Monitoring the progress of students, especially those who are financially poor or educationally weak
• Discipline: Maintaining discipline in the school
• Staff management: Assigning duties and teaching loads to teachers, and managing reviews of teachers
• School events: Organizing annual functions, sports, and other performing activities
• Parent-teacher meetings: Arranging and overseeing meetings with parents and teachers
• Communication: Interacting with parents and guardians as needed

Requirements :-

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational administration, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
