Role Overview:.

- As the Head of Legal Credit Research & Delivery, you will manage and grow a team of skilled legal and credit analysts, ensuring high-quality, accurate data delivery.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, and data science, to enhance our AI capabilities and streamline operational efficiency.

- This is a leadership role requiring strong expertise in legal and credit analysis and a proven ability to manage and mentor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ultimate responsibility for the quality and accuracy of legal credit data delivered to clients.

- Collaborate with the tech, product, and data science teams to iteratively improve AI models, turnaround times, and accuracy levels of the Legal Credit Research team.

- Develop a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in creating new taxonomies and processing new types of legal credit-related documents.

- Hire, train, and manage legal and credit analysts to support operational goals and uphold the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Experience: 8-12 years of legal experience in the credit-area, with at least 3 years in a management role.

- Experience of Covenants is a plus.

- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

- Collaboration: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes.

Must have:

- Experience in Delivery.

- Good to have - project management knowledge, working in agile environment.
