Purpose of the Role :
- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for B2B sales & business development for window and interior films in the architectural segment in his territory.
- This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in working with architects, builders, project management companies, government projects, etc.
- She/he will be responsible for generating new leads, building connections, specifications, achieving sales targets, and driving both volume and value generation in the region.
Skill-Sets Requirements :
- In-depth knowledge of the architectural segment, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
Educational and Experience Requirements :
- Degree : Bachelor's in architecture, engineering, business administration, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience : 8-12 years in the architectural domain with a focus on B2B sales.
