Job Responsibilities for IT Professional (Full Stack Developer)

As a Full Stack Developer at [Company Name], you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the frontend and backend components of our web applications. You will work with the latest technologies to ensure a seamless user experience and robust backend infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:

Backend Development (Node.js):

• Design and develop scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend functionality.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with UI components.

Frontend Development (React.js):

• Develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for efficient data flow.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Database Management (MongoDB & MySQL):

• Design and manage MongoDB (NoSQL) and MySQL (SQL) databases, ensuring optimal schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Write efficient and scalable queries, leveraging indexing and caching where applicable.

Typescript Development:

• Develop both frontend and backend solutions using TypeScript to ensure type safety, better maintainability, and scalability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate TypeScript solutions throughout the application.

Testing & Quality Assurance (Jest, Mocha, Cypress):

• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Mocha, and Cypress.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage, high code quality, and continuous integration practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and DevOps) to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across both frontend and backend.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.
