Alpha Healing Center is looking for a Medical Representative with a Pharma Background to join our dynamic team! If you have 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and a passion for fieldwork, this is your opportunity to make a difference in the rehabilitation sector.

Location: Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkatta, Bangalore, Mumbai (Travel across nearby states/cities)

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years as a Pharma Representative (MANDATORY)

Compensation: Competitive salary + Incentives on Doctor Conversions

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with Psychiatrists, Gastroenterologists, Physicians, and other specialists to generate patient referrals.
• Conduct regular on-field visits to doctors, hospitals, and clinics to promote Alpha Healing Centers rehabilitation services.
• Educate doctors about our treatment programs, including medical detox, addiction recovery, and mental health therapies.
• Actively follow up with healthcare professionals to ensure continued engagement and referrals.
• Keep up to date with medical and rehab industry trends to enhance discussions with doctors.
• Willing to travel to expand the medical network across nearby states and cities.
• Achieve and exceed targets with attractive incentives on successful doctor referrals.

Who Should Apply?

• 5+ years of experience as a Medical Representative in the Pharma Industry (ESSENTIAL).
• Strong knowledge of Psychiatry, Gastroenterology, and Addiction Medicine.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about field sales.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and meeting medical professionals.
• Only candidates from Gujarat, Delhi & Maharashtra (Preferably Mumbai) may apply.
