Role & responsibilities
- Production Engineer with knowledge of machining, minimum Exp 4- 8 Years in the field of Stainless Steel and exotic fabrication in Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchange with knowledge in ASME code and all welding Procedure
- Monitoring the daily production
- Responsible for making Bar chart
- Responsible for Machine Maintenance
- Participate in the production planning
- Responsible for calculating project lead-time.
- Decision about manufacturing outsourcing process
- Prioritize the work orders
- Resource planning as per the defined standards
- Maintain cost of operations to the defined level
- Monitor Contractor closely
- Labor cost to be monitored to the budgeted level
- Maximum utilization of the utilities
- Team work abilities.
