Site Engineer/Civil - Railways

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize resource allocation.
  
• Prepare reports on project status, budgets, and variances for management review.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in railway infrastructure development (bridges, buildings, platforms) or related fields (FOBs/COPs/shelters).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles applied to railways infrastructure projects.
  
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead teams effectively
