Roles and Responsibilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Good Knowledge on KRA and KPI metrics.
• Knowledge on Roaster and should be able to prepare agentss (RAG) Report.
• Should be able to Control Attrition and Shrinkage Percentage.
• Should able to manage daily day to day activities, priortizied tasks and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures to achieve SLAs.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly reports about agent performance metrics.
• Knowledge on Calls auditing etc.
• Good strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
