Requires a person to write responses for escalation sent by the team

• 3+ Years of experience in response scripting.
• Exposure to customize responses
• Identifying legal jargons & handling complaints.
• Previous experience in handling escalations
• Preferably worked for any US Client.
• Should be smart enough to identify escalations route & nullify them
• Open to working in Night shift & WFO
• Weekends Off
