Qc Executive

Role & responsibilities -

• To handle day to day activities involved in QC regarding qualification of RM/FG.
• Should have sound knowledge of resins
• Should be well verse with different types of test methods used in RM and FG
• Candidates with knowledge GC/GPC/FT-IR will be preferred.
• Should be capable to design internal specs
• Should closely work with production team to improve quality of inprocess products In plant.
• Should work on the lines of 5S
• Should work closely with R&D team and procurement team.
• Daily COA Preparation
• To follow and implement ISO system

Maintaining documentation and data entry in software

Instrumental Handling:

• Gas Chromatography
• Gel Permeation Chromatography
• FT-IR
• Hach Colorimeter
• Brookfield RV-DV2T Viscometer
• Karl Fischer
• M. Pt. & B. Pt Instruments
