Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market share expansion in the automotive sector, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and electric vehicle manufacturers, and drive market penetration through targeted sales initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers at key automotive clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with company goals and the timely achievement of sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, R&D, and technical support, to ensure product offerings meet client needs and industry standards.
  • Solution Selling: Provide expert-level guidance on automotive wiring solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and ensure successful deal closures by effectively presenting the companys value proposition.
  • Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the company remains competitive and innovative.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the automotive or electrical components industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of automotive wiring solutions
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and a deep understanding of automotive industry standards.
  • Sales Leadership: Proven success in leading and motivating sales teams, setting and achieving targets, and driving business growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with automotive electronics, in-vehicle networks, and autonomous driving technologies.
  • Strong network within the automotive OEM and Tier 1 supplier community.
