Position : Technical Support Specialist-Smart Metering project

Location : Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:
   
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, such as utility companies, government agencies, and large-scale enterprises.
• Act as the main liaison between the customer and internal teams (e.g., engineering, support, and product development).
2. Customer Engagement:
   
• Understand the customer's business objectives, challenges, and smart metering needs.
• Propose customized smart metering solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
3. Sales and Business Development:
   
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
• Drive revenue growth by aligning client needs with company offerings.
4. Project Coordination:
   
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, adhering to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage post-sales support and resolve any issues related to product functionality or performance.
5. Market Intelligence:
   
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and advancements in smart metering technologies.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights.
6. Performance Reporting:
   
• Regularly update management on account performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and sales forecasts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of client relationships.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Education:
  
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A background in smart metering company.

• Experience:
  
• Proven track record in key account management, preferably in the energy, utilities, or smart metering sector.
• Familiarity with smart metering technologies, IoT systems, and grid modernization.
