Job Description
- Understand the current AIMS application infrastructure and take steps to maintain it.
- Ensure Incidents are actioned as per agreed TAT
- Troubleshoot, debug existing software based on assigned tickets
- Guide Junior team members and operational staff as required in ticket resolution.
- Testing and evaluating fixes
- Co-ordinate with business team as required to describe production defect.
- Create analysis document for transfer of defect to development team if required.
- Participate in Daily meetings and raise issues proactively for senior support.
- 6+ Years experience with Application development using .NET /Mongo DB/Docker/Kubernetes
- Exposure to SNOW and JIRA ticketing tool
- Good analytical skills Good communication skills
- Proficient in developing applications using .Net technology stack
- .Net core,
- Microservices Architecture
- C#, ASP.Net MVC,
- Web API
- NOSQL (MongoDB)
- Entity Framework,
- JavaScript framework (Angular)
- Typescript, React, Kubernetes, Containerisation
- Good Communication Skill.
