Team Lead / Tech Lead For Software Product Development

Team Lead / Tech Lead with a background of ASP.NET & MVC, who are confident to develop web applications/projects from scratch.

Primary responsibilities:

• Understand software requirements & Database Designs
• Analyze requirements and design new functionality as part of configurable software product
• Develop technical documentation and Page Specification Documents (PSDs)
• Create Test Cases/Test Data
• Lead and monitor team of Software Developers / Programmers
• Review code written by developers / programmers
• Test the important code & functionality himself before passing it on to testing team.
• Review business logic written by developers / programmers
• Guide Software Developers and provide technical assistance, wherever needed
• Take ownership and get optimum productivity of assigned Software Developers in his team
• Develop himself complex and common libraries/APIs in the software, wherever required
• Delivering a high-quality application module.
• Communicating with Client through good communication skills
• Should be Hands on with Latest Technology in Software Development and .NET practices.

Required Candidate profile

We are looking for Microsoft .NET MVC Technical Team Leads, who will be able to develop software product with the help of his/her team members.

• The main scope of work will include getting the software product developed using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns.
• Your primary responsibilities will be to understand requirements, develop documentations and PSDs (Page Specification Documents), Lead the team of developers and get the software product developed by taking ownership of team.
• Therefore, its essential that you must be skilled at problem solving, solution design, technical documentation, software product development and in leading team of developers.
• Candidate should have prior experience in development of software products.
• Hands on with these technology: .net Core, ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, Oracle and/or PostgreSQL database
