Key Responsibilities: (Short)

• M365 Copilot Administration: Configure, manage, and optimize M365 Copilot services for end-users.
• Power Platform Administration: Manage the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), ensuring smooth operations and security compliance.
• SharePoint Administration: Support SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and workflows.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security policies and manage compliance configurations.
• Tenant Administration: Manage tenant-wide settings, user roles, licenses, and policies.
• PowerShell Scripting: Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell across M365 services.

Qualifications: (Short)

• Education: bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically to M365 environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with M365 tools and services
• Experience with M365 Copilot administration
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
• PowerShell

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferable skills:

• M365 certifications (e. g. , Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert).
• Experience with hybrid environments and complex migration scenarios.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
