Role & responsibilities

• Managing the recruitment for all open positions as per budget and hiring plan sourcing the candidate for the vacancies through multiple channels including-News Paper Advertisements, Walk-in and job Portal etc.
• Manpower planning & budgeting in coordination with Function heads.
• Mapping Job description & job analysis basis on factory and office requirements.
• Shortlisting & Screening of candidates, conducting final round interview.
• Responsible for providing final Approvals for salary, deductions, transfers, relocations and other Official Trips.
• Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Leave record for all employees On-roll as per policy.
• Deputation of contractors labour, statutory compliance of contractors on monthly basis payment verification on job done and coordination functions right from manage contracts.
• To create awareness in Managers about the contract labour standards to handle the situation.
• Statutory Compliance pertaining to various labour legislations Regulation/Monitor of the Contract and outsourced Labour and ensure that the outsourced companies
• Ensure 100% statutory compliances, register upkeep and updating under various legislation through compliance management tool.
• Liaising with external agencies, Govt. authorities & offices such as epf/esic ,factories deptt., labour deptt., fire & safety deptt., explosive deptt, metrology deptt. and others regulatory authorities for getting licences & NOC, s on time to time.
• Managing various audits and taking necessary actions on the audit observation given by the auditor.
• Take the regular meeting of the works committee.
• To keep industrial Disciplinary procedure: show cause notice, charge sheet, conduct domestic enquiry.
• Resolve the grievances of workers and take corrective action as per the situation and handle the grievance.
• Facilitation of Location Transfers - Implement the transfer policy within the unit. Addressing transfer requests & bringing it to closure according to the requirements.
• New Employee Policies on relocation, transfers, Internal assessment of employees for senior positions.
