Sales Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Approaching fresh customers and selling properties.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Researching new leads.
• Accompanying potential customers to site visits & clarifying their doubts.
• Staying in touch with customer right from the beginning of the process to the day of registration.
• Maintaining the brand name of the company and handling responsibilities according

to the predetermined standards of the company.

• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

Day range:

•Monday to Friday

•Weekend availability

Shift:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

Travel requirement:

• Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saraswathipuram, Mysore - 570009, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to

relocate before starting work (Preferred)
