Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Calling new leads provided by the management. 
• Identifying new leads through personal activity. 
• Explaining clients about the company's projects. 
• Following up regularly with prospective clients. 
• Communicating and coordinating with team leaders, sales associates and clients. 

Required Skill Set: 

• Basic knowledge about the real estate industry and terminologies. 
• Basic geographical knowledge about Mysore and surrounding areas. 
• Eloquent communication (English and Kannada)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Time & people management. 
• Ability to follow-up.

Experience: 

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience  are preferred. 
• Freshers who are interested and keen to learn are also welcome.
