Job Description
1 Administrative Management
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company buildings and facilities
Manage renovation projects including planning budgeting and execution
Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Lead and manage the endtoend IT recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of candidates
Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements
Implement employee retention strategies and handle employee relations issues as needed
3 Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor administrative and HR staff fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment

4 Vendor Management
Identify negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
Ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies and services while maintaining cost efficiency
5 Budgeting and Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets for administrative and HR functions
Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
6 Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and company policies
Prepare and present regular reports on administrative and HR activities to senior management
