Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our HR processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance across all HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing candidate databases, optimizing recruitment strategies, maintaining employee records, and driving employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Replacement - Monitor hiring timelines and implement effective replacement strategies to reduce turnover.
- Offer Acceptance Rate - Analyze and improve the offer acceptance rate by identifying reasons for rejections and enhancing the recruitment process.
- HRMS Implementation and Maintenance - Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR systems, including Leave & Attendance modules.
- HR Operations Management - Manage joining and exit formalities, including accommodation, work visas, and insurance.
- Training and Development - Monitor training hours and identify opportunities for employee development, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Data Accuracy - Regularly audit employee data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Legal Compliance - Stay updated on labor and employment laws, ensuring all HR practices comply with legal standards.
- HR Budget Compliance - Manage the HR budget and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Strategic Policy Development - Develop and maintain organization-wide HR policies and procedures.
- Candidate Database Management - Maintain and regularly update the candidate database, tracking progress throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
