Job Overview: As a Sr. Manager on content operations you will drive the creation, optimization, and delivery of content across teams, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and timely execution. The role includes tracking content performance, improving adoption, and collaborating with Product and Tech teams to resolve issues and enhance content tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Operationalization:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Academics) to manage and execute the development of new content formats.
Oversee resource allocation and workflow optimization across a large pool of faculty and operations teams to maximize efficiency in content creation.
Continuously assess and optimize processes to improve content quality, reduce production time, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor and resolve all technical and subject-related issues, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high-quality standards and turnaround times (TAT).
Define and track key metrics for content consumption, and generate actionable insights to drive content strategy.
Partner with Business, Academics, and Product teams to develop strategies aimed at improving the adoption and engagement of various content formats across different user groups.
Ensure content density, quality, and relevance are maintained consistently across all platforms, courses, and subject streams.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on internal content libraries and content management tools.
Act as the primary point of contact for all content-related issues, coordinating resolutions for students, faculty, and operations teams.
Proactively engage with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize content-related issues, suggest enhancements, and align on the roadmap for future improvements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in content operations, content management, or a related field, ideally in an educational or tech-driven environment.
Proven experience in managing complex workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Academics), and optimizing processes for scalability.
Experience in project management with focus on resource allocation, timeline management, and quality assurance.
Familiarity with product management, databases, and basic SQL/ API understanding and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to define and track key metrics for performance, adoption, and user engagement.
