At Alle, we are building an AI-powered personal stylist to discover, try-on & shop the best fashion ideas.
We're assembling the founding team and are looking for someone with experience in identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with emerging D2C fashion brands. In this role, you'll be working directly with the founders and will be responsible for building our brand network.
Alle is venture-backed by the top VCs & angels in India & US.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identify, qualify, negotiate and onboard high-potential D2C fashion brands for the platform.
- Drive brand performance and growth by optimizing key metrics like discoverability, selection & pricing.
- Own end-to-end brand relationships and coordinate across internal teams for brand success.
- Analyze performance data and conduct market research to drive brand growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of business development or account management experience in fashion commerce.
- Strong understanding of the D2C fashion landscape and current market trends.
- Understanding & experience with key e-commerce growth levers like selection, pricing & discovery.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
