Job Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of assignments, playing a pivotal role in managing complex shutdowns and erection projects within the Steel and Cement industries. This strategic leadership position demands an experienced professional who can ensure that all project milestones are met within scope, time, and budget while providing clear guidance to project teams.

Experience

• Required Experience: 8-13 years in handling shutdowns and erection projects within the Steel/Cement industry.
• Person must have worked/expierenced with commissioning, erection of Kilns/Dryers/Coolers/Drum.
• Preferred Background: Experience in or familiarity with DRI/Rotary Kiln Units in the ISPAT/Cement industry is highly desirable.

Technical Competencies: (preferably in Rotory Kilns)

• In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment installation, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulatory requirements.

Project Execution and Coordination:

• Oversee the practical execution of project plans, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements.
• Translate detailed project designs into actionable work packages, providing clear instructions and technical guidance to on-site teams.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to align on project objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.

Team Management and Soft Skills

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and meet project objectives.
