Role & responsibilities

• Managing on-site project execution of PEB steel buildings and all related activities starting from the entry stage till handing over the project.
• Monitor the speed of work and progress of the project against planned schedule milestones.
• Ensure quality of project execution inspiring workers and the project team to do it right the first time.
• Create and maintain a culture of safety at the project site ensuring zero lost time incidents and injuries.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to approach clients and consultants during the execution of the project to solve any technical issues.
• Controlling the project in all its stages according to the approved project budget.
• Fulfill and comply with all contract requirements.
• Coordinate with all the company departments helping us be successful as a team.
• Attend regular project meetings with consultant, contractor or end user based on the project allocation.
