Design and implement technical and tactical training sessions focused on developing the Beach Soccer-specific skills of goalkeepers, enhancing shot-stopping, positioning, and reaction speed..
Closely observe goalkeepers during training, providing real-time feedback on technique, positioning, and decision-making.
Work with each goalkeeper to set and achieve performance goals..
Assist with match analysis, reviewing opponent shooting trends and patterns. Provide goalkeepers with tailored strategies and insights to anticipate and respond to opposition tactics..
Focus on improving each goalkeeper's agility, reflexes, and technical skills specific to Beach Soccer, along with situational awareness and game reading..
Maintain detailed records of each goalkeepers progress and development, preparing performance reports to assess improvements and areas needing adjustment..
Qualifications Experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching goalkeepers, preferably in Beach Soccer at the national or international level..
AFC Beach Soccer Level 1 and above or equivalent..
Goalkeeping-specific coaching license in football and/or Beach Soccer will be given preference..
In-depth knowledge of goalkeeping techniques, player development, and tactical analysis..
Adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of motivating players under pressure.
