We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused person in Customer Success who possesses 1-4 years of software testing experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers get maximum value from our products by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with product implementation. Your testing expertise will help improve product quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing technical queries and product-related issues.
Collaborate with the QA and development teams to resolve customer-reported bugs and improve product stability.
Conduct automated testing to replicate customer scenarios and demo the test case.
Guide customers through onboarding, product setup, and best practices for optimal use.
Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to enhance product features.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide insights from a customer perspective.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
Strong understanding of test cases, defect tracking, and debugging.
Experience in customer support, technical support, or customer success is a plus.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Selenium, Postman, or other testing frameworks is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with QA, engineering, and product teams.
