Job Purpose:

- The role holder will be responsible for leading business development and account management activities in the designated US territory.
- This role provides autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive revenue growth and acquire new clients for the organization.
Account Management/Business Development Manager:
- Obsessive focus on solving problems for customers through automation.
- Ownership of the entire sales cycle Prospecting, Opportunity discovery, Consulting, Commercials, and managing P&L.
- Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints.
- Drive account penetration through customer success and organic business development.
- Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets.
Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Aspiration to drive growth for the business.
- Personal motivation to own and hustle for growth.
- Understanding of B2B and technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs across the US.
- Comfortable working with C-level executives within clients.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
