24 years of IT solution design experience in the areas of PLM (Windchill), CAD, Engineering and Manufacturing business process is required.
Solid experience in converting business requirements to functional requirements and solution design is mandatory. Should be able to come up with high level designs and functional designs for the solution.
Good understanding of Windchill PLM system and associated process like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Requirements management, etc 2 years of experience in business administration of Windchill.
Minimum 3 years' experience in requirements gathering and business process mappingin PLM/Engineering function of a discrete or process manufacturing industry.
Experience in providing solutions using Windchill and associated CAD Integrations such as Creo, SolidWorks, Catia etc Experience in providing IT solutions for a complex enterprise software application landscape with challenging integration and data exchange requirements. Knowledge of Java, RDMS, Linux, and SQL queries.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language with all levels of staff and management. Perferred Qualifications. Successful completion of PTC certification would be a plus. Experience working with geographically distributed teams of developers, architects, and other support resources.
Experience working with Infrastructure teams on performance related issues (e.g., network, storage, CPU, memory, application, database). Experience in "Process Manufacturing' industry and knowledge of related processes like recipe management is highly desirable.
Experience with other PLM applications like SAP/PLM, Teamcenter etc will be a plus.
Knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems and experience with integration to Windchill.
