Job Description
- Team Leadership: Grow, mentor and lead a high-performing software development team

- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IoT and software development, and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers and partners to align on team growth and development goals
Knowledge:
- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
Skills:
- Experience : 7-15 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or similar. Experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and frameworks like Angular or React. Knowledge of data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark or similar.
- Experience with IoT platforms and technologies is a plus
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
