Team Manager Stores & Logistics

Warehouse Management-

• Analyse Inbound and Outbound Shipments.
• Safe Way of working with Warehouse MHEs
• Update GMU, local Out to Out & service center parts status
• Report deviations and reconfirmations.
• Warehouse team coordination and utilization.
• Follow up on Transport, Customers and MFG Units for on-time delivery.
• Daily 10 - 15 parts physical Inventory count.

Warehouse Quality Management-

• Rejection documentation handling in MOVEX and traceability.
• Coordinate with Quality teams, Buyer & service Providers.
• Service Providers TAT analysis, monthly report
• FIFO, LIFO, & Hazardous Material audits
• Legal required formality has to follow and maintain records.

Inventory Management-

• Responsible for the correctness of Stock items in DC.
• Make inventory analysis on regular basis and take corrective actions.
• Monitor and act on SM/NM list regularly.
• Removing NM / scraped parts from stock & physical.

Warehouse Performance Management-

• Monitor warehouse permanence KPI s like DOTi, DOPT & Claim on regular basis
• Highlight deviations through the escalation process.
• Communicate performance to stakeholders regularly and seek action plan on gaps.
• Follow up on performance improvements with Warehouse Service Providers.

Expectations & Responsibilities-

• Align overall targets and KPI s to department goals and KPI s.
• Ensure warehouse deliveries are inbound and outbound according to plan.
• Ensure a good level of cooperation between the Customer, Service Provider and material management team.
• Communicate internally and externally to ensure a smooth supply of parts and services.
• Participate and lead in ALPS board meetings and highlight SQDC deviations.
• Participate and lead in Problem resolution process

As a person who manage the warehouse and ensures Inbound and Outbound logistics of material in time by optimizing resources to continuously improve output and meet customer expectation

What you can be

• Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in same field
• Independent and self-motivated, Drive to continuously improve performance
• knowledge of store & warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of ERP and MM tools.
• Overall supply chain understanding.
• Knowledge of material management.
• Support functions - Sourcing, Quality, Order handling
• Suppliers, internal and external.
• Good cross-cultural understanding.
• Good communication skills.
