• Manage IT operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
  
• Oversee incident management process, including ticketing tools, escalation management, and end-user support.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and reporting.
