Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Python UI Test Automation Engineer to develop and maintain a robust UI testing automation framework for the Web UI of our HaLow Access Point product.

The ideal candidate will have experience with popular UI test automation tools like Playwright or Selenium and a strong grasp of Python programming, particularly with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Experience : 4-7 Years.

Work location : Bangalore/ Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain a scalable Python-based UI test automation framework for the Web UI of HaLow Access Point products.

- Implement automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of the Web UI.

- Integrate the automation framework with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless testing during product development.

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Analyze and debug test failures, report bugs, and track issues to resolution.

- Ensure test coverage for key UI features and components, including compatibility across different browsers and platforms.

- Optimize test scripts for efficiency, stability, and maintainability.

- Document the framework architecture, test strategies, and best practices to guide future development and enhancements.

Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in UI test automation using tools like Playwright or Selenium.

- Proficiency in Python.

- Strong experience in automating web applications, including handling dynamic elements, asynchronous operations, and browser-specific challenges.

- Framework Development : Hands-on experience in building or extending test automation frameworks.

- Debugging and Reporting : Ability to debug test failures and provide detailed, actionable reports to development teams.

- CI/CD Integration : Familiarity with integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or similar.

- Version Control : Proficient in using Git for version control.
