Alethea provides a comprehensive range of wi-fi test & measurement solutions including- "WiCheck", universal wifi testing solution,- "WiSure", wifi client connectivity test solution and a range of services including independent- Testing Lab, Test Automation & Test Application Services.

We are seeking a dedicated Wi-Fi Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and performance of our wireless solutions.

Experience : 3-10 years.

Role : Permanent.

Location : Bangalore/ work from office.

Key Operational Responsibilities :

- Testing Wireless Securities types (WEP, WPA, WPA2, WPA3 (Open, PSK, Enterprise)) IEEE 802.

- Development of test plans for WiFi products as per customer requirements.

- Execution of WiFi test plans and Report test results and plan status.

- Wifi performance test using multiple applications like iperf,video streaming etc.

- Analysis of new features and creating test plans and adding new test case.

- Debugging issues found during testing and pcap analysis.

Knowledge/ Skill Requirement :

- 3-10 years of experience in IEEE 802.

- 11 WLAN protocol and standards (802.11a, b, g, n, ac, ax,wifi-6E, d, h, I, k,v, r).

- Logical mind-set which is essential for efficient test planning and debugging product defects.

- Good communication skills, both written and oral.

- Flexibility and being able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment.

- Testing the products in WiFi/Layer 2/Layer 3, 802.11 ac, ax, 6E, WiGig standards.
