We are looking to augment the team with an Engineering Manager / Director who will oversee the development of our existing products/new products. The Engineering Manager / Director will report to the Product Business Unit Head and shall have responsibility for the development and delivery of multiple product lines.
You will be handling 4 teams, each led by project leads and will own overall Product Engineering. Key Responsibilities :.
Lead and inspire :Guide and mentor a high-performing embedded engineering team to deliver top-tier consulting services, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Drive innovation :Develop cutting-edge technical solutions, translate customer requirements into compelling proposals, and secure new business opportunities. Manage with precision :Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and project execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Collaborate effectively :Partner with Finance, HR, and Product Development teams to streamline operations, recruit top talent, and contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives. Own the P&L :Take full ownership of the Engineering Services group's financial performance, driving both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability. Our Ideal Candidate Comes With :.
Overall experience not exceeding 20+ years building large systems, key program delivery across multiple geographically disburse teams. Experience includes at least 5 years' in full lifecycle product engineering services (Core Banking/Transaction Banking/Payments/Healthcare Experience preferred).
Functional Competency :.
IT Software Development, Digital Solutions, Digital Transformation background are mandatory. Sound understanding of technology & of software development methodologies especially as relating to developing custom software for customers.
A proven and consistent track record of meeting revenue targets. Technical Competency :.
Possess and Apply knowledge of multiple UI and Java Enterprise frameworks.
Owns and is accountable for the design and development of a product or major product sub-.
system.
Analyze project risks, issues, costs, and benefits and make relevant recommendations to.

Lead and mentor the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Oversee the development and operation of cloud infrastructure and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, efficiency, and scalability. Establish best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting across the infrastructure. Drive the adoption of DevOps culture and practices across engineering teams. Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for DevOps projects. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Lead incident response and resolution efforts to maintain high availability of systems. Collaborate with product management to align DevOps initiatives with product roadmaps. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and infrastructure. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and performance management of the DevOps team. Contribute to the overall engineering leadership and strategic direction. Identify and drive initiatives for continuous improvement of engineering processes. Collaborate with executive leadership to align DevOps strategies with business goals. Required Qualifications :.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. With minimum experience of 18 yrs in software engineering. Proven experience in a leadership role within a DevOps or infrastructure engineering team. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g, Docker,.
Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Experience with infrastructure as code techniques using Terraform or CloudFormation. Thorough understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges. Proven track record of driving cultural and organizational change towards DevOps practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and project management. Certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
