We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, content writing, and team management. If you have a passion for driving online engagement, optimizing digital content, and leading a team to success, we d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Content Management: Develop, edit, and oversee high-quality content (blogs, website copy, social media, Google Ads) aligned with brand goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals for efficient task execution.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, and email channels.
- Keyword & Competitor Analysis: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize content for better search visibility.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, developers, and other teams to improve online presence and user experience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Optimization & Reporting: Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on data insights to improve engagement and conversions.
- Brand Visibility: Enhance brand awareness through targeted online marketing efforts and innovative strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and content creation.
- Proven experience in on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create engaging content.
- Experience managing and leading a small team.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
