Validate customer registration forms for services such as WhatsApp Business API, SMS, and more.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure accounts are set up promptly and accurately.
- Guide new customers in accessing and using their accounts on our platforms.
- Provide basic support and guidance on API integration and platform usage during the onboarding process.
- Troubleshoot initial setup issues and escalate complex cases to technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress in CRM systems.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- A graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any technical/engineering background. (Diploma candidates with relevant skills can also apply.)
- Basic understanding of APIs, communication platforms, and related technologies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm to learn about platforms and a customer-centric attitude.
