Head - Manufacturing (OSD)

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for a pharma professional for Head - Manufacturing(OSD) position for its site based near Vadodara, Gujarat.

Job Criteria:

• A degree in pharmacy with minimum 20 year's operational experience within manufacturing environment, in compliance with regulated site.
• Be an active member of the plant senior management team
• Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising a large diverse team of technical personnel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibility:

• Manage day to day manufacturing operations within plant along with other departments within the Plant.
• Ensure product quality, safety, reliability and compliance related goals are established and implemented.
• Manage complexity of product, while achieving customer needs as per production target.
• Ensure cGMP & HSE rules & compliances.
• Ensure documentation like log books ,BMR entries are compliant.
• Manage the equipment qualification and validation.
